МатеріалA Sir Model for Viral Growth of Coronavirus: A System Dynamics Approach(Springer, Cham, 2023) Reznik N., Sakovska O., Yemelyanov O., Petrushka K., Petrushka I., Dramaretska K.In this paper, a system dynamics model depicts the viral growth of COVID-19 at an exponential rate. The outbreak of Corona virus was started from the Feb 26, 2020 when the first casewas reported in Pakistan. Local bodies and law enforcing agencies had taken initial preventive measures to restrict the COVID-19 to a particular locality but all in vain. The infected people were increasing every day rising the stocks of recoveries and deaths. Numbers of infected people were alarming and a need was felt to develop the model to calculate the existing reproduction number and transmission rate and highlight its varied values in coming days. People-oriented measures and government-based policies must be explored to fight against this deadly disease. This paper aims the development of epidemic model using the system dynamic framework on simulation software STELLA. The objective of the research is to experiment with the model to replicate the progression of the communicable disease and probe the multiple combinations of the people-based and government-based measures to reduce its spread. The containment measures are of two types; people-based measures and government-based measures and both directly affect the reproduction number and infection growth fraction for mitigating the spread of deadly coronavirus. Combined efforts of public and government can combat this pandemic. Reduced degree of reproduction number and infection growth fraction are the key metrics to judge and evaluate the effectiveness of containment measures. This research points to more holistic combination of public and governmentoriented measures that play the vital role to flatten the curve and reduce its spread affecting the reproduction number. Simulation results have been traced to replicate the real-life settings against four combinations of containment measures in tabular form and graphical form.

To better assist academic academics and industry practitioners in understanding the research topic, this study employs a systematic content analysis technique to present a complete and multidisciplinary assessment of mobile communication research in the tourist and hospitality sector. The impact of mobile communication technologies and their applications on the future of tourism and hospitality studies and business practices is also examined. Along with helping to fill in certain gaps in the existing literature, this study may provide important theoretical direction and practical consequences for future academic and industry research into the use of mobile communication technology in the hotel and tourist industries.

One of the most active and productive fields of research and development over the past several years has been intuitionistic fuzzy control system theory. An intuitive fuzzy logic system is very similar to how people think. Tolerance for risk is a crucial component of investing. Higher net worth and more discretionary cash often allow business owners to take bigger risks with their investments. In order to examine the risk tolerance capacity in business, we design an intuitionistic fuzzy inference system in this research and introduce a new function called a triangular non-membership function in MATLAB.

The presence of innovative solutions in the restaurant business opens up new opportunities for optimizing operational processes, improving customer service quality, and reducing overall business expenses. Properly chosen and effectively implemented innovative solutions not only enhance the efficiency of restaurant operations but also create a favorable environment for attracting new customers and retaining the existing audience.

The group of regions of Ukraine according to the number of tourist enterprises and the size of commission, agency, and other charges is investigated. Using the Deductor program, clusters in Ukraine are formed. Clustering, or so-called segmentation, is a selected set of data for groups of objects with similar properties, which is the basis for data analysis. For the study, the tables were saved and imported into the business analytics platform Deductor.

Good graduates must also be ready for professional and business communication activities; therefore, much attention should be paid to the formation of skills and abilities for further use at the workplace and communicative competencies within professional communicative competence, which is traditionally regarded as part of the professional competence of employees. The problem of the formation of professional communicative competence is solved to the greatest extent by means of the implementation of personality-centered education. Future experts in agriculture should take into account the fact that professional communicative competence can be improved in the process of self-development based on personal activities, and competence in its turn must be tested by autocompetition. So, professional communicative competence of a future agronomist primarily depends on the personality of the expert. Theoretical justification and analysis have enabled us to formulate a definition of the formation of professional communicative competence of future experts in the field of agriculture. By this definition, it is a process of establishing an integrative quality of a future agrarian, expressed by readiness and ability to implement professional communication and realize a professional communication strategy.

Under such conditions, it is relevant to study new approaches, principles, theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the directions and perspectives of entrepreneurship development at the destination level, as well as the development of innovative and investment forms of entrepreneurial activity in the field of tourism and recreation. The article determines that the scientific basis that defines the strategic development of Ukraine in the foreseeable future is the concept of tourism development based on the use of initiative, economic independence and innovative capabilities of business entities of the national market and its territorial and sectoral constituentsIt has been established that entrepreneurship in the field of tourism and recreation creates opportunities for further economic development of regions, formation of investment and innovation policy and provision of competitive services in new forms. The singularities of forming the entrepreneurial concept of tourism and recreational activities have been determined. With the purpose of developing the tourism and recreational industries of Ukraine and providing better tourism services, the article proposes an innovative form of methodology for the formation of a competitive tourism environment at the destination level using the marketing principles of customer focus. The author proposes a managerial and economic mechanism for carrying out entrepreneurial activities by the means of recreation and tourism entities at the level of destinations.

The analysis of indices of the anti-crisis management system is carried out in tourism. The key aspects of the anti-crisis management model are investigated in tourism. Taking into account the need for the anti-crisis management com pliance with the established scientific principles, we propose a methodology for assessing the efficiency of an tourist enterprise anti-crisis management based on the definition of a summarizing indicator of the efficiency of anti-crisis management in the context of analytical and expert assessment.

МатеріалEnvironmentally safe and resource saving technologies as a method of increasing of increasing of oil crop production competitiveness(Суми: Сумський державний університет, 2014-05-09) Нагернюк, Діана ВалентинівнаInsufficient management of land of agricultural purpose, which have seen recently, leads to worsening of the quality structure of the soil, its degradation and reduction of fertility. Common thing was a short-term lease of land and growing monocrops such as sunflower during several years together (planted area under sunflower grew by 3.2 times from 1990 to 2012 (from 1636 ha to 5194 ha). Ukraine has taken the first place in the world since 2009 by the amount of production of sunflower seeds. 20% of the world acreage under sunflower crops is concentrated in the country. However, yielding capacity of oil crops in Ukraine is much lower than in European countries. The causes of low productivity are inobservance of basic requirements of crop rotation and technology of crop planting as well as slight attention to hybrid selection and quality of seeds.

The beginning of the XXI century is characterized by the dominance of globalization trends in the development of international relations. The world market of goods and services is becoming a single global economic space in which the development of a particular segment is a natural consequence of the effectiveness of internationalization, transnationalization and international communication. The purpose of the article is to find out the communication features in the field of tourism in the context of globalization of modern society. The task of the research is to determine the ways for the tourist to overcome the inconveniences when getting acquainted with the foreign culture of other countries; to investigate the optimal model of interaction between national and international parameters of service culture in the field of hospitality. In terms of cross-cultural communications, characteristic of tourism as one of the dominant factors in the globalization of modern society and the front of the clash of cultures, it is necessary to take into account national characteristics, manifested in latent form in relation to the world and values, behaviour, communication methods, inclinations and passions, in a way of life, in traditions and habits. A safe form of immersion in a foreign environment is a culture of service, and European standards act as a mediating space between tourists and foreign culture. The standardized culture of service and the accepted business etiquette are capable to compensate a culture shock, for this purpose in the country professional culture of the employee of sphere of hospitality has to develop.

In a world marked by geopolitical transformations, the tourism industry faces diverse risks that necessitate adaptive measures from tour operators. The study assesses the risks linked to transborder tourist routes and investigates the proactive role of tour operators in mitigating these challenges. Geopolitical factors, such as political and economic instability, terrorism threats, diplomatic disputes, migration crises, and changes in infrastructure and access, significantly impact the safety and stability of transborder routes. The article highlights the dynamic nature of these challenges and emphasizes the need for flexible and responsive strategies from tour operators. In this context, the research delves into the role of technological innovations, including digital technologies, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain, in enhancing the quality, safety, and adaptability of transborder tourist routes. It explores how these technologies contribute to efficient logistics, personalized tourist experiences, and real-time analysis of geopolitical risks. Furthermore, the article discusses the importance of collaboration among stakeholders in the tourism industry. It underscores the significance of information exchange and best practices among tour operators to overcome geopolitical challenges effectively. The study concludes by emphasizing the critical role of innovation in ensuring the sustainability and success of tour operators amidst geopolitical uncertainties.

It was revealed that hospitality plays a crucial role in shaping the regional economy, not only by boosting tourism flows but also by attracting investments and creating new job opportunities. The research considered the development potential of the industry and investigated the impact of innovative marketing strategies on its prospects. Innovative approaches to hospitality organization and management in the conditions of the regional economy of Ukraine were examined. Key aspects of implementing advanced technologies, service personalization, and environmental sustainability in the hospitality sector were explored. The results of the study demonstrate that innovative approaches are essential for ensuring sustainable development of the industry in the regional economy context. The findings indicate the necessity for active support and investments from the government to stimulate innovative development of the hospitality sector in Ukraine.
