    A Sir Model for Viral Growth of Coronavirus: A System Dynamics Approach

    In this paper, a system dynamics model depicts the viral growth of COVID-19 at an exponential rate. The outbreak of Corona virus was started from the Feb 26, 2020 when the first casewas reported in Pakistan. Local bodies and law enforcing agencies had taken initial preventive measures to restrict the COVID-19 to a particular locality but all in vain. The infected people were increasing every day rising the stocks of recoveries and deaths. Numbers of infected people were alarming and a need was felt to develop the model to calculate the existing reproduction number and transmission rate and highlight its varied values in coming days. People-oriented measures and government-based policies must be explored to fight against this deadly disease. This paper aims the development of epidemic model using the system dynamic framework on simulation software STELLA. The objective of the research is to experiment with the model to replicate the progression of the communicable disease and probe the multiple combinations of the people-based and government-based measures to reduce its spread. The containment measures are of two types; people-based measures and government-based measures and both directly affect the reproduction number and infection growth fraction for mitigating the spread of deadly coronavirus. Combined efforts of public and government can combat this pandemic. Reduced degree of reproduction number and infection growth fraction are the key metrics to judge and evaluate the effectiveness of containment measures. This research points to more holistic combination of public and governmentoriented measures that play the vital role to flatten the curve and reduce its spread affecting the reproduction number. Simulation results have been traced to replicate the real-life settings against four combinations of containment measures in tabular form and graphical form.

    Agricultural Higher Education and Training in Europe

    The article deals with the issue of agricultural education at European institutions. The author analyzes modern approach to the development of agricultural education according to globalization and integration processes that call new requirement for training experts in the field of agriculture. She points out that Agricultural education provides opportunities to learn basic agricultural skills and knowledge, occupation training and retraining, and professional growth and development. Students at European agricultural colleges learn through a combination of theory and practice, delivered within the college and in industrial placements. European agricultural colleges train students to operate within an enterprise, keeping the balance between economic demands and environmental issues. The author focuses on the analysis of the main principles applied to education and training in agriculture and also defines functions and characteristics of agricultural training institutions in Europe that looks at career prospects of future specialists in agriculture.

    An analysis of the development, current state, and future prospects of mobile communications for the travel and hospitality industries

    Reviewing the previous four generations of mobile communication technology in light of the expected ramifications of 5G and beyond, as well as future research, will provide valuable context to the current state of the field as interest in 5G gains momentum. To better assist academic academics and industry practitioners in understanding the research topic, this study employs a systematic content analysis technique to present a complete and multidisciplinary assessment of mobile communication research in the tourist and hospitality sector. The impact of mobile communication technologies and their applications on the future of tourism and hospitality studies and business practices is also examined. Along with helping to fill in certain gaps in the existing literature, this study may provide important theoretical direction and practical consequences for future academic and industry research into the use of mobile communication technology in the hotel and tourist industries.

    An Intuitionistic Fuzzy Approach to Analysis Financial Risk Tolerance with MATLAB in Business

    To deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty, fuzzy set theory and generalization may be used. One of the most active and productive fields of research and development over the past several years has been intuitionistic fuzzy control system theory. An intuitive fuzzy logic system is very similar to how people think. Tolerance for risk is a crucial component of investing. Higher net worth and more discretionary cash often allow business owners to take bigger risks with their investments. In order to examine the risk tolerance capacity in business, we design an intuitionistic fuzzy inference system in this research and introduce a new function called a triangular non-membership function in MATLAB.

    Analysing the Impact of Digitalisation on the Strategic Management of an Enterprise: Highlighting Key Aspects of Transformation

    For digitalisation and digital transformation to be effective and deliver results, they must become strategic objectives. But any strategic direction requires a strategy. A company's development strategy is a long-term action plan that can adapt to the external environment and market conditions. At the same time, digitalisation can become a tool to ensure more efficient digital decision-making and implement a phased action plan to achieve a strategic result. Given the relevance of the chosen research topic, the purpose of the study may be to analyse the impact of digitalisation on the strategic management of an enterprise by highlighting the key aspects of transformation. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to define the essence and content of digitalisation, outline the role of digitalisation in the process of forming and implementing company strategies, and develop a strategic map for implementing a company management strategy in the context of digitalisation. To obtain the result, the author used both general scientific methods, in particular, analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, systematisation, and a specific method of modelling strategic maps, which allows to present in a comprehensive manner the strategic directions of business development in four main projections: finance, customers, business processes, and personnel. As a result of the study, the role of digitalisation in the transformation of approaches to strategic management was determined. It has been established that digitalisation processes can significantly improve management decision-making by processing large amounts of various information. The paper also builds a strategic map for implementing a company's management strategy in the context of digitalisation, which can become a visual tool for achieving the strategic goals of company development, with the strategic goal being the growth of business value in the long term.

    The importance of agricultural service cooperatives in the development of rural areas of the EU is growing. There are stable trends of the sustainable development due to their widespread distribution in the agrarian sector. Cooperatives play an important role in the development of rural areas, create new jobs and provide income for members in remote rural areas. In Ukraine, rural areas also have a lot of systemic social and economic problems. In this regard, the search for new ways of developing these areas, including through the expansion of service cooperatives, should become one of the priorities of the state agrarian policy.

Successfully overcoming these challenges requires restaurants to continually implement innovations. The presence of innovative solutions in the restaurant business opens up new opportunities for optimizing operational processes, improving customer service quality, and reducing overall business expenses. Properly chosen and effectively implemented innovative solutions not only enhance the efficiency of restaurant operations but also create a favorable environment for attracting new customers and retaining the existing audience.

    The article deals with cluster analysis of tourist enterprises in Ukraine. The group of regions of Ukraine according to the number of tourist enterprises and the size of commission, agency, and other charges is investigated. Using the Deductor program, clusters in Ukraine are formed. Clustering, or so-called segmentation, is a selected set of data for groups of objects with similar properties, which is the basis for data analysis. For the study, the tables were saved and imported into the business analytics platform Deductor.

    Modern requirements of future experts in the field of agriculture involve acquiring both theoretical and practical aspects of a future job. Good graduates must also be ready for professional and business communication activities; therefore, much attention should be paid to the formation of skills and abilities for further use at the workplace and communicative competencies within professional communicative competence, which is traditionally regarded as part of the professional competence of employees. The problem of the formation of professional communicative competence is solved to the greatest extent by means of the implementation of personality-centered education. Future experts in agriculture should take into account the fact that professional communicative competence can be improved in the process of self-development based on personal activities, and competence in its turn must be tested by autocompetition. So, professional communicative competence of a future agronomist primarily depends on the personality of the expert. Theoretical justification and analysis have enabled us to formulate a definition of the formation of professional communicative competence of future experts in the field of agriculture. By this definition, it is a process of establishing an integrative quality of a future agrarian, expressed by readiness and ability to implement professional communication and realize a professional communication strategy.

    Key words: agricultural science, agricultural research, research institutions, Uman-Lypovets Agricultural Society, Cherkasy region. Based on sources and publications, the article examines the activities of agricultural research institutions in Cherkasy region at the beginning of the 20th century. In the process of the research, a significant number of little-known references containing separate information on the topic of the research were used and analyzed. It was found that several types of agricultural research organizations were created in Cherkasy region: research fields in the privately owned estates of K. A. Balashova, counts Bobrynskyi, count P. P. Shuvalov, descendants of M. A. Tereshchenko. These are, in particular: Moshnohorodyshchenske, Smilianske, Talnivske, Ladyzhynske experimental fields, which were part of the network of experimental fields of the All-Russian Society of Sugar Growers and experimental fields that were created at agricultural educational institutions; demonstration fields with rental stations and demonstration test plots; collective experiments of Kyiv provincial zemstvo. In addition, there were private and state nurseries (Cherkasy, Zvenyhorodka, Uman, and Kaniv counties), educational (at Bobrytska school of horticulture) and demonstration apiaries (of Moshny and Medvyn beekeeping societies); weather stations; “model” farms were created, which were a model of rational management of a private economy. It was established that the work of Uman-Lypovets Agricultural Society, aimed at setting up research institutions and their successful activities, played an important role in improving agriculture. It was emphasized that the organization of demonstration plots and collective experiments were part of the program of research institutions. It has been proven that the activities of agricultural research institutions contributed to the development and improvement of all branches of agricultural production in Cherkasy region.

    The processes of natural restructuring, crisis economic phenomena that take place in Ukraine have a negative impact on the economic situation. Under such conditions, it is relevant to study new approaches, principles, theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the directions and perspectives of entrepreneurship development at the destination level, as well as the development of innovative and investment forms of entrepreneurial activity in the field of tourism and recreation. The article determines that the scientific basis that defines the strategic development of Ukraine in the foreseeable future is the concept of tourism development based on the use of initiative, economic independence and innovative capabilities of business entities of the national market and its territorial and sectoral constituentsIt has been established that entrepreneurship in the field of tourism and recreation creates opportunities for further economic development of regions, formation of investment and innovation policy and provision of competitive services in new forms. The singularities of forming the entrepreneurial concept of tourism and recreational activities have been determined. With the purpose of developing the tourism and recreational industries of Ukraine and providing better tourism services, the article proposes an innovative form of methodology for the formation of a competitive tourism environment at the destination level using the marketing principles of customer focus. The author proposes a managerial and economic mechanism for carrying out entrepreneurial activities by the means of recreation and tourism entities at the level of destinations.

    The relevance of studying the main aspects of tourism development in Ukraine is due to the fact that in recent decades tourism has developed significantly and has become a massive socio-economic phenomenon. Its rapid development is facilitated by the expansion of political, economic, scientific and cultural relations between Ukraine and other countries. Therefore, the enquiry of the tourism activities status, the identification of the main functions and factors that affects its development have big importance for the further development of this industry. The purpose of the article is to investigate and analyze the economic status of the tourism industry on the basis of inbound and outbound tourism. Social and economic aspects of development the tourism sphere in Ukraine are outlined and investigated in the article. In the course of the study the dynamics of tourist flows was identified and analyzed. The basic elements, functions and factors that affects on the development of the tourism industry are highlighted. The principles of implementation of the state tourism development policy in Ukraine and ways of its realization are generalized. As a result, it is stated that the further development of the tourism industry should be based on new mechanisms of management, effective organizational and management structures, economic freedom of producers of tourism products which in conditions of free competition will ensure the saturation of the market with highquality services and promote the socio-economic development of the country.
