ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ОСНОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОСТОРОВИХ СОЦІОПРИРОДНИХ СИСТЕМ У КОНТЕКСТІ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ СТІЙКОГО РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена розробці суспільно-географічних основ концепції стійкого розвитку України. Як одна з головних причин загострення глобальної екологічної проблеми розглядається просторово-часова неузгодженість розвитку природи і суспільства. Розроблена нова інформаційно-просторово-часова парадигма географії, у руслі якої можлива коректна постановка і подальше вирішення глобальної екологічної проблеми. Її вирішення можливе в межах просторових соціоприродних систем, що розглядаються як об’єднання трьох взаємозалежних екосистем Людини - агроекосистем, урбоекосистем, інфраекосистем. Окреслюються головні риси сучасної географічної картини світу, в межах якої розроблені сценарії переходу до стійкого розвитку. Такий перехід пропонується здійснити за допомогою системи критеріїв-показників для відповідної типології країн світу. Пропонуються методологічні підходи до нового адміністративно-територіального устрою України, засновані на критеріях стійкого розвитку. Sonko S.P. The dissertation is dedicated to the development of socio-geographical fundamentals of concept about sustainable development of Ukraine. Spatial and temporal incoordination of nature and society development is considered as one of the main reason for the increasing of global ecological problem. Social and natural systems are considered as integration of three interconnected ecosystems of Human -agroecosystems, urboecosystems, infraecosystems. It was created scenarios of transition to the sustainable development, including in the boundaries of socio-natural systems. Such theoretical fundamentals in the range of new informative-spatial-time paradigm of geography were investigated by author. It was developed the system of criteria - factors for the typology of world countries in the conditions of transition to the sustainable development. It is described the main features of modern geographical picture of the World. Methodological approaches to the new administrative and territorial arrangement of Ukraine are proposed.
