Annotation.
Problem statement. The problem of effective personnel management and key objectives of improving humanresource management in agricultural enterprises, new approaches to planning, selection, evaluation and adaptation of personnel motivation of agricultural enterprises are considered.
Research results. Problem of personnel management was considered on the example of SE EF “Oleksandrivske” of Trostianets district, Vinnytsia region. The research results showed that the system of organizational support of personnel management is an interconnected set of internal structural services and divisions, ensuring the development and management decisions on specific aspects of its personnel policy and is responsible for the results of those decisions.
Conclusions. The main areas of personnel management system in the economy are: rational division of responsibilities; organizational consolidation of processes of division and cooperation of labor; staff placement on the levels of management; rational use of methods and tools of executing administrative operations; standardization of administrative work and optimum use of working time; material and moral incentives of managerial work.
