Формування механізмів екологізації аграрного виробництва

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено розвитку теоретико-методичних положень і розробленню практичних рекомендацій щодо формування механізмів екологізації аграрного виробництва. Екологізацію розглянуто як комплексний, багаторівневий і керований процес трансформації аграрного сектору на засадах раціонального природокористування, ресурсозбереження та впровадження екологоорієнтованих інновацій, спрямований на відтворення природно-ресурсного потенціалу та підвищення еколого-економічної ефективності. У роботі систематизовано економічні, фінансові та інституційні механізми екологізації, визначено їх типи та інструменти, розроблено модель екологічно орієнтованої діяльності аграрних підприємств. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану екологізації аграрного сектору, оцінено розвиток органічного виробництва та напрями державної підтримки, застосовано SWOT-аналіз для виявлення ключових чинників впливу. Запропоновано модель інституційного забезпечення та фінансово-економічний механізм реалізації екологізації, а також кластерний підхід до інтегрованого розвитку екологоорієнтованих підприємств. Реалізація запропонованих підходів сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств, зміцненню органічного сектору та формуванню екологічно збалансованої аграрної системи. The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and the elaboration of practical recommendations for the formation of mechanisms for the greening of agricultural production. Greening is considered as a complex, multi-level, and controlled process of transformation of the agricultural sector based on rational use of natural resources, resource conservation, and the implementation of eco-oriented innovations, aimed at restoring the natural-resource potential and increasing ecological and economic efficiency. The work systematizes economic, financial, and institutional mechanisms of greening, identifies their types and instruments, and develops a model of environmentally oriented activities for agricultural enterprises. An analysis of the current state of greening in the agricultural sector has been conducted, the development of organic production and directions of state support have been assessed, and a SWOT analysis has been applied to identify key influencing factors. A model of institutional support and a financial and economic mechanism for the implementation of greening has been proposed, as well as a cluster approach to the integrated development of eco-oriented enterprises. The implementation of the proposed approaches will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, strengthening the organic sector, and forming an ecologically balanced agricultural system.
