У статті виділено особливості розвитку відносин власності в аграрному секторі. Встановлено, що до найбільш характерних рис сучасного етапу трансформації відносин власності в сільському господарстві відносяться: суспільно-політична багатогранність та соціально-економічна багатофункціональність проявів відносин власності; формування горизонтально та вертикально інтегрованих корпоративних структур з високим рівнем концентрації аграрного ресурсного потенціалу, також ресурсна диференціація та подрібнення учасників аграрної виробничо-господарської діяльності; низька ефективність існуючих організаційно-економічних механізмів впливу на розвиток відносин власності з позицій їх підпорядкування поточним та стратегічним цілям соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій.

Allocated peculiarity of development relations property in agrarian sector. Installed, that to the most characteristic feature contemporaneous stage of transformation relations property in rural economy refer: social and political diversity and socio-economic manifestations multi-property relations; management of the property shifts from the immediate owner-executives to professional managers; strategic focus and adapt to market requests; the unity of the social and economic processes of individualization and socialization of property; activation processes intellectualization property; institutional nature of property relations from the position improving the existing and new institutions for promoting the mixed economy; determining the impact of property relations on the effectiveness of social and economic development of society; property relations of dependence on the effectiveness of national agricultural policy; legal and regulatory incompletion acquisition of ownership of agricultural land from the standpoint of ownership, use, disposal because of existing moratorium on its buying and selling; duality of agriculture that serves as the current results of existing property relations, the development of which generates, on one hand, the formation of horizontally and vertically integrated corporate structures with high concentration of agricultural resources, and the other - the resource differentiation and grinding members of agricultural production and economic activity; low efficiency of existing organizational and economic mechanisms to influence the development of property relations in terms of their subordination and current strategic objectives of socio-economic development of rural areas.
