У статті розглядається вагомість діджитал-технологій в секторі соціального забезпечення. Вивчено поняття діджиталізація та виокремлено власне його трактування у соціальному забезпеченні як процес систематизації, використання, обробки інформації у цифровий формат із метою вдосконалення обслуговування споживачів у середовищі захисту громадян. Досліджено основні завдання соціального захисту в Україні. Розглянуто чинники, що впливають на розвиток діджиталізації в Україні. Проаналізовано проблематику становлення діджиталізації соціального забезпечення в Україні та запропоновано шляхи її покращення.
Опис
The article considers the importance of digital technologies in the social security sector. Today, the formation of the global market for social services is due to the development of digital technologies and innovations due to technological change. In the developed countries of the world there is a trend of improving and developing the market of social services.
The process of providing modern social services involves not only the benefits of the Internet, but also the full benefits of digitalization, attracting a wide range of social media and information technology. Modern digital technologies are: Internet of Things, robotics and cybersystems, artificial intelligence, big data, paperless technologies, additive technologies (3D printing), cloud and fog computing, unmanned and mobile technologies, unmanned and mobile technologies, biometric and quantum technologies, technologies identification, blockchain, drones, cybersecurity, cobots, digital platforms, predictive analytics, robotics, augmented reality, etc.
