dc.description The econometric model of forming of profitable part of local budget is built in the article. Construction of an econometric model for forming the revenue part of the local budget, will allow to find errors and improve the formation of local budgets, using the econometric model.The analysis of financing of the Talnivsky district of Cherkassy region for the period of 2014-2018 has been carried out. Based on the actual data and econometric tools, a mathematical model of planning and forecasting of the district budget has been developed. The role of the local budget of the Talne region of Cherkasy region in ensuring the effective functioning of local self-government bodies is explored. The sources of the formation of local budget funds are determined on the example of the Talne region in the Cherkasy region. The ways of further improvement in the formation of local budgets are proposed. Perspective directions of formation of funds of local budgets of Ukraine are outlined. Planning revenues and other compulsory payments is the basis for timely and well-founded drawing up of local budgets and is based on the current legislation regulating their collection. The study of objective and subjective factors that influence the formation of the tax base indicates that the volume of tax receipts has a probabilistic, predictable nature. That is why the construction of an econometric model for forming the revenue part of the local budget will allow us to find errors and ways of further improvement in the formation of local budgets, using the econometric model. uk_UA
dc.description.abstract У статті побудовано економетричну модель формування доходної частини місцевого бюджету. Здійснено аналіз фінансування Тальнівського району Черкаської області за період 2014-2018 рр. На основі фактичних даних та економетричного інструментарію розроблено математичну модель планування та прогнозу бюджету району. Досліджено роль місцевого бюджету Тальнівського району Черкаської області у забезпеченні ефективного функціонування органів місцевого самоврядування. Визначено джерела формування коштів місцевого бюджету на прикладі Тальнівського району черкаської області. Розглянуто перспективи вдосконалення формуванні місцевого бюджету. Окреслено перспективні напрями формування коштів місцевих бюджетів України. Побудова економетричної моделі формування дохідної частини місцевого бюджету, дозволить відшукати помилки та покращити формування місцевих бюджетів, використавши при цьому економетричну модель. uk_UA
