Розглянуто стан та проблеми функціонування ринку споживчого кредитування, проаналізовано обсяги наданих кредитів, обґрунтовано чинники, що гальмують даний процес. Запропоновано теоретичні та практичні підходи щодо збільшення обсягів споживчого кредитування в Україні.

It is defined that in current stage of taking Ukraine out of crisis state and further economic growth, the stimulating factor of the development of economics is the bank consumer crediting.
It is identified that nowadays the highest level of the amount of consumer crediting is fixed in the countries of Asia, the second level is devoted to the countries of Europe, the third level is
devoted to Latin America. The anther defines that in developed countries consumer crediting gives
to banks a great amount of profits, because almost all great purchases are made with the help of
credit.
It is set that in a period from 2013 to 2015 when Ukraine was in a state of political and economical problems, the crisis aspects that had the systemic nature and negative influence on mast Ukrainian banks because of their losing of great amount of available assets because of the taking back of clients' assets from bank system.
During the research it was defined that during the studied period the government of Ukraine provided a lot of measures of making economic and financial condition of political and social tension more stable and less.
It is studied that in 2014 the segment of consumer crediting was included in a deep crisis: the amount of credits was reduced, the amount of creditors was reduced in three times, the average rates in some varieties of loans increased in 10 – 13 p.
On the basis of world experience it was defined that crediting bureau takes functions of intermediary in exchanging of information and payment capacity. It is defined that crediting market has the programmers of crediting of greis-period and credit holidays.
It was proposed that for increasing of the amount of consumer crediting in Ukraine: to continue to work with minimum credit risk; to provide the insurance of bank and financial system; to create useful system of protection of rights of consumer of financial services the regulation of problem of capacity of state established.
